In all cases we will copy all of the folders to a separate external hard drive, such as a local NTFS, FAT32, HFS+, EXT3, EXT4, or XFS-formatted device.

• Remote Recovery

Remote recovery of Netgear ReadyNAS* devices is not performed at ESS due to the high risk of dataloss associated with powering the device and causing data loss due to automatic fsck engagement and RAID rebuilding.
