Dear [ ESS Data Recovery, Inc. ]:
 This
is a much belated e-mail to thank you for the data recovery
job you did for me. I lost my wife's data file of three years
of work when I was trying to do a backup when the hard drive
crashed before the backup was completed. The recovery was
done very speedily. I FedEx'ed the hard drive to you late
Monday afternoon, and you informed me the next day at 3 p.m.
that the recovery was successful. I received the recovered
data on CD the following morning at 10 a.m. I could not have
asked for more. Thank you for the good service and fast turnaround.
