Subject: A debt of gratitude
Sarah–
In owning my own CD content development company – one
of my greatest fears has always been a complete hard drive
failure. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago that fear turned into
reality. I had never heard of ESS Data Recovery and was sent
to them on a tip from a local computer company. Looking back,
that may have been one of the best business tips I've ever
received.
Service and client relation is a priority in my business,
and I was pleasantly surprised to find the same traits at
ESS. In having many files that hadn’t been backed up,
as well as the start of an important presentation that would
have been completely lost, I was a nervous wreck. The staff
at ESS were in contact with me through the entire process
and in just a matter of hours (after over-nighting my hard
drive) I was contacted about its condition and given the probability
of recovery. Shortly afterwards was contacted again and given
the great news that files were being found and accessed and
there were no perceivable problems in getting them all back.
Within a working day of that phone call, my important missing
files were on their way. I used their express service and
in doing, so was back up and running at 100% in less than
a week of the failure.
There is no way to express my gratitude toward the ESS staff
for not only retrieving my data– but in the tremendous
way they treated me as a freaked out, knot-in-the-stomach
customer. I highly recommend their services, their company
and their staff if you are ever (God forbid) in need of data
recovery. They’re worth every penny!
