Kevin,
Just wanted to drop a note and say THANK YOU for all your help regarding
the recovery of images from a bad hard drive. Your professionalism on the
phone, help with any questions I may have had and overall upbeat attitude
made a bad situation seem not so bad. I would have CC'ed your supervisor(s)
but don't know who they are.
The drives arrived about 30 minutes ago (10am EST) and look forward to BACKING
UP the important information properly this time. Thank God for the PPA and
their support also.
Again, thank you for all your help and please let the techs that worked
on the drive that I really do appreciate their efforts and work that goes
into doing what they do.
