We just wanted to let you know just how grateful we are for your
wonderful services! Last month we unfortunately experienced an
extreme hard drive failure that rendered all of our most valued date

and much more and even contained the medical data on our prized, and
very rare Royal White Tigers. Without the ESS professional service,
all of this data would have been lost, and would have been a
devastating set back for our animal care staff.
ESS took a horrible situation, and calmed us down, got us started in
